Amazon Associates Program

theclearwatertank.com/ is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

When you click on a product link on our site and purchase that product on Amazon, we may earn a small commission. This commission comes at no additional cost to you — you pay exactly the same price you would have paid without clicking our link.

How This Affects Our Recommendations

We are committed to editorial independence. Our product recommendations are based on research, comparison of specifications, reader feedback, and hobbyist community consensus — not on commission rates. All products are affiliate linked at the same commission rate regardless of ranking.

We regularly recommend products that have lower commissions over products with higher commissions when the lower-commission product is the better choice. Our readers’ trust is more valuable to us than any individual commission.

FTC Disclosure Compliance

In accordance with the FTC’s 16 CFR Part 255 ("Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising"), theclearwatertank.com/ discloses all material connections to advertisers and products we review. Every page on this site that contains affiliate links includes a disclosure notice.

Other Advertising

theclearwatertank.com/ also displays third-party advertising (display ads) served by networks such as Google AdSense and similar providers. These advertisers may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing history. We do not have editorial control over which specific ads are served, and these ads do not influence our editorial content.
